Clarity, from both sides of the desk

Here’s what most people miss about me: I’ve lived the same chaos on both sides. I take the clarity big companies pay whole teams to build — the strategy, the systems, working smarter not harder — and bring it down to your size. Corporate-grade thinking, small-business real.

The Corporate Lane

For nine years I did this inside a Fortune 500 - The J.M. Smucker Company - leading people through acquisitions, reorgs, and change. I trained 3,000+ employees, ran a 200-person leadership summit, and earned my PROSCI certification. I learned how big companies turn chaos into clarity.

The Kitchen-Table Lane

In 2017 I left to build my own - including opening the first coworking space in my hometown. And I learned fast: the chaos is identical. Boardroom or kitchen table, it’s the same swirl - the only difference is you’re carrying it alone. That’s where I come in.

Because whether you’re leading a team, or leading yourself, the goal is the same: trade the chaos for clarity, so you can do what matters most

Wherever the chaos is coming from, I’ve been there

WHO I HELP

Running it all yourself?

Solopreneurs, small-business owners, and mission-driven leaders wearing every hat — who need a clear next step and simple systems, not more to do.

Leading a team?

Organizations and teams stretched too thin — who need keynotes, workshops and change that doesn’t lose people along the way.

BEHIND THE SCENES

The Work I Don’t Post About

For the past two years I've been the strategic and operational partner to the board of End Alexander Disease, a nonprofit working on a rare, progressive neurological disease. I'm not on the board. I'm the person who turns their decisions into things that exist — board materials, the website, the CRM, the advocacy and fundraising kits, and the coordination behind an FDA Externally-Led Patient-Focused Drug Development meeting.

The part I care most about is making sure it could run without me — which means building the systems, and then naming out loud the places where it still can't. It's the same work I do for someone holding a business together alone. Different scale, same job. I don't lead with it and I'm not the story. But it's the truest answer to what I do.

When I’m not working, I’m mom to Delaney and Lola, wife to Matt, and slightly outnumbered dog mom to Tito, BB and Frankie. You’ll find me at hot yoga, on an early morning walk with an audiobook, cheering way too loud at softball, soccer and cheer, and starting most mornings with a hot cup of coffee and my Bible before the house wakes up.
