Who I am
This site is operated by Kristen Birkbeck, OhHeyKristenB (Right Field Management LLC), based in Ohio, USA. If you have questions about this policy or about your information, email me at kristen@ohheykristenb.com.
What I collect
When you join my email list or download a free resource. Your email address, and your first name if you give it. This is collected through Flodesk, my email platform.
When you message me on Instagram. If you reply to one of my automated messages and share your email address, I'll add you to my email list. This runs through ManyChat
When you contact me or book a call. Your name, email, and whatever you choose to tell me about your business. This comes through email or through HoneyBook, the scheduling and client-management platform I use.
When you become a client. The files, links, and access you share with me so I can do the work, plus the records I keep of that work.
When you simply visit. Standard analytics — pages viewed, how you arrived, general location, browser and device type. This is collected by Squarespace, which hosts the site, and by Google Analytics.
I don't collect payment information through this website. Payments are handled by HoneyBook and its payment processor — I never see or store your card details.

I don't sell your information. I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else touches your information
I use a small number of third-party services to run this business, and your information passes through them:
Squarespace — hosts this website and provides analytics
Flodesk — my email marketing platform
HoneyBook — scheduling, proposals, contracts, invoices and payments
ManyChat — Instagram messaging and automation
Google — Analytics for site data, and Drive for the files I share with clients
Zoom — client calls
Loom — video walkthroughs recorded for clients
Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Recordings
If a call is going to be recorded, I'll tell you before we start. Recordings and walkthrough videos are only shared with you.
Cookies
This site uses cookies — small files stored in your browser — to keep the site working properly and to understand how it's being used. I don't currently show a cookie banner, so these are set when you arrive. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
If you join my list, you'll get the Weekly Clarity Note plus occasional notes about what I'm offering. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. You can also just reply and ask me to take you off, and I will.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to:
Tell you what information I hold about you
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete your information entirely
Stop emailing you
Email kristen@ohheykristenb.com and I'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws — I'll honor those requests regardless of where you're writing from.
How long I keep things
I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it. Client records are kept as long as I need them for the work and for tax and business records.
Children
This site isn't intended for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
