WORK WITH ME
One Focused Day, Months of Progress
For solopreneurs, small businesses, and mission driven organizations who are done doing it all
the doing
the thinking
Strategy or execution.
You shouldn’t have to choose.
Most support gives you one or the other -
strategy without hands, or hands without strategy.
I bridge both.
Three ways in, depending on how much you want to hand over

What a VIP Day could tackle —
one objective at a time:
Strategy & Clarity
Messaging, Marketing & Email
Website & Copy
Content and Visual Systems
Systems and Project Execution
This is Perfect for:
The founder tired of a to-do list that never ends. One focused day, one objective — strategy and execution together, built live and finished before we close. Includes a strategy call the week before and seven days of support after. You leave with finished work, not another list.
Not ready to commit to a full day? Start with a Visibility Audit — book a VIP Day within 60 days and it comes off the price.
Monthly VIP
$1,798 / month
Includes:
One focused build day every month
One objective finished each time — not a list carried forward
First choice of my availability, before dates open to anyone else
Save 10% and lock in your rate for six months
This is Perfect for:
The leader with more than one day's worth of work ahead of her. Instead of a list that keeps growing, one objective gets finished every month — so growth isn't someday, it's on the calendar.
After your first VIP Day
Rates shift as availability does - booking holds your rate, and the Monthly VIP Day locks it for a full six months.
How a VIP Day Works↓
-
A free 30-minute call to make sure we’re the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.
-
Once we’re a go, you get a 60-minute strategy call and a short prep the week before — so your day is mapped before it even starts.
-
One focused day, about 8 hours, where we turn months of half-finished to-dos into finished work — messaging written, systems built, copy live. Whatever’s been stuck the longest, we finish.
-
The week after, I'm in your corner — up to two hours of questions, light edits and clarification, so nothing stalls once the day is done.
“The biggest value of the VIP Day was the momentum it created. Instead of spending months migrating my business in small pockets of free time, Kristen made meaningful, substantial progress quickly”
- Vanessa Prinzo, Owner, Bronzed A Sunless Spa
“Turns out the problem wasn’t that
I needed to work harder. I just
needed someone to help me organize
the chaos.”
- Tara C., Baby Got Brows
“Before working with Kristen, I was very stressed and disorganized. Now I’m able to streamline my digital marketing.”
- Amy S., Synergy HomeCare Medina
“Kristen made the whole process easy
and helped clarify my messaging and focus. She was able to articulate
my vision and bring it to life in words
that truly sounded like me”
- Kristen M., KM Career Coaching

Who's holding the keyboard.
An Audit is someone whose only job is to see what you stopped being able to see. I look at what you've got, walk through it properly, and hand you a written report of what to fix and in what order — then you go do it. Built for people who'd rather implement themselves. A VIP Day is strategy and execution together. Same thinking, but I'm the one doing the work, and you end the day with it done.
-
Yes. Book a VIP Day within 60 days of your Audit and the Audit fee comes off. You'd already have the plan — we'd just get to building it.
-
That's most people, and it's what the strategy call is for. We spend 60 minutes beforehand working out what actually matters most — it's often not what you walked in thinking.
-
A 60-minute scoping call, a full diagnostic walkthrough, and a written recommendations report that's yours to keep. You get eyes on what's working — and insight into what's quietly costing you clients.
-
A 60-minute strategy call beforehand to lock the plan. A full working day of focused work. Google Chat or email throughout, so you can reach me without sitting on a call. Everything delivered to a private Google Drive folder with Loom walkthroughs so you can actually use what we built. Then up to two hours of follow-up over the next seven days.
-
Tell me which one and I'll be honest with you. I work in niche and industry-specific platforms often — nonprofit CRMs, scheduling tools, systems most people have never heard of — and underneath, most share the same bones. Contacts, tags, sequences, pipelines. The buttons move; the logic doesn't. And if I look at your setup and think something else would serve you better for your budget or your timeline, I'll say so — even when that means less work for me.
-
Honestly, that's often the easiest place to start. Nothing to untangle, no decisions to undo. We'll talk through your budget, your goals, and what you actually need the tool to do — then I'll recommend a setup that fits you, not the one everyone says you should have.
-
No — and for a lot of businesses that's the point. You don't need a specialist on retainer twelve months a year. You need real help at specific moments: a seasonal peak, a launch, the quarter where everything lands at once. A VIP Day lets you buy focus when you need it and stop paying for it when you don't.
-
Usually 3–4 weeks out. I only take a few VIP Day clients a month so each one gets real focus. If you have a date in mind, ask early.
-
Reach out and we'll check dates. I take a limited number of VIP Days each month, and they usually book 3–4 weeks out. Once we've settled on a date I'll send an agreement, and payment is what holds your spot on the calendar. If the timing of the payment is the only thing in the way, say so on our call. I'd rather work something out than have you sit on this for another few months.
Not sure which one?
Book a Break the Ice call. Thirty minutes, no pitch — tell me what's feeling messy and I'll tell you honestly which of the three fits, or whether it's none of them right now.
